How to Prepare for Class

How to prepare for Aerial Classes:

​

**Nails must be short and rounded in order to participate in Aerial Silk Classes.

​

Please Note: *Long Nails are not permitted in Silk Classes

​

What to Wear: 

​

1. Black long leggings, no gemstones or lifted glitter on clothing

2. A black tight fitted top or leotard (that covers stomach) 

3. Black socks.

(no shorts or sweatpants)

  4. Hair in a bun and bangs clipped or sprayed back away from face

  5. Nails filed short and rounded, no sharp edges

What to Bring:

​

1. Composition Sized Notebook & Pen

2. Water

3. A Long-Sleeved shirt with no zipper (can be any color) 

4. "Grip it"(if they would like to use it for stronger grip) order on Amazon.
