Attendance/Makeup Policies

Absences & Make-up’s can be scheduled in your Jackrabbit Parent Portal.

 

Please kindly give as much notice as possible for absences, at least 24 hours prior to class.

 

Make-Ups: Students are allotted ONE make-up per month, per class **ONLY if we are notified of the absence, in advance through the Jackrabbit Parent Portal.

 

*Make-up sessions expire after one month from date of absence.​​

Holiday & Inclement Weather Make-Up Policies:

​

If your scheduled class falls on a Holiday the studio is closed it is your responsibility to make up that class throughout the month. If possible we will add an extra class, day/time for your group to attend during the holiday breaks. *Your account will not be credited for classes that fall on holidays. Instead a Make-up is available.

Inclement Weather:

 

If your scheduled class falls on a day of inclement weather and the studio must close, it is your responsibility to Make-up this day. *You will not receive credit to your account for inclement weather days.

​

You have one month to make-up classes. All absences  as well as Holidays & Inclement Weather days must be entered in the jackrabbit parent portal in order to schedule your make-ups.

Holiday Schedule: 2026-2027

We are open for all Holidays except these listed below:

2026-Studio Closed

April 5th Easter Sunday -Make-up day (Monday 4pm)

November 26th Thursday Thanksgiving -Make-up day (Friday November 27th)

December 25th Friday Christmas Day       

2027-Studio Closed

December 31st Thursday New Year’s Eve

January 1st Friday New Year’s Day
